Your data is private by default

Trips on LFG are private — only people you invite can see your itineraries, messages, and trip details.

What's public

• Your display name and profile photo (visible to trip and group members)
• Advisor profiles and curated lists (if you choose to publish them)
• Share pages (if you share the link)

What's private

• Your email address
• Trip details (unless you share them)
• Messages and chat history
• Travel preferences and settings

Controlling your privacy

• Trip visibility — trips are invite-only by default
• Profile visibility — only trip/group members can see your full profile
• Notifications — you control what emails and push notifications you receive
• Data export — you can request a copy of your data
• Account deletion — permanently removes all your data

Reporting issues

If you encounter harassment, spam, or inappropriate content:

1. Use the Report option on the relevant content
2. Or email us at safety@lfgetaway.com

We take all reports seriously and respond within 48 hours.
