1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LFG, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. LFG reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

LFG is a social travel coordination platform that enables users to plan trips collaboratively, share travel experiences, discover destinations, connect with travel advisors, and manage group travel expenses. Features may change or be updated without prior notice.

3. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on LFG (photos, reviews, itineraries). By posting content, you grant LFG a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the platform. You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
Upload malicious code, spam, or engage in automated scraping.
Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users.
Use the platform to promote competing services without authorization.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Trip expense settlements between users are facilitated by LFG but are ultimately between the parties involved.

7. Advisor Services

Travel advisors on LFG operate as independent service providers. LFG facilitates connections between users and advisors but does not guarantee the quality or accuracy of advice. Disputes between users and advisors should be resolved directly between the parties, though LFG may assist in mediation.

8. Limitation of Liability

LFG is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to LFG in the 12 months preceding the claim. LFG is not responsible for travel-related incidents, booking failures, or third-party service issues.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
