Create a new trip

  1. Click New Trip from your dashboard or the sidebar
  2. Fill in the trip details:
    • Destination — start typing and select from suggestions
    • Trip name — something your group will recognize
    • Dates — pick start and end dates
  3. Click Create Trip

Trip settings

After creating your trip, you can:

  • Change the cover photo — click the camera icon on the trip header
  • Update dates — go to trip settings
  • Set visibility — trips are private by default (only invited members can see them)

Add an itinerary

Once your trip is created, head to the Itinerary tab to start adding days and activities. You can also import a template from our destination hubs to get started faster.

Tips

  • Use descriptive trip names like "Tokyo 2026" instead of "Trip 1"
  • Set dates early — it helps the group coordinate flights and accommodation
  • You can always edit everything later
